All products and services offered on ResumeElevates.com are digital and personalized. Once an order is delivered, it is considered final. Due to the nature of our work (custom resume creation and digital delivery), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after the final file has been sent to the customer.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before processing or delivery begins. Once our team has started working on your resume or the final files have been shared, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.

3. Duplicate or Accidental Orders

If you believe you were charged more than once due to a technical error, please contact us immediately at contact@resumeelevates.com. We will review the transaction and issue a refund only in verified duplicate cases.

4. Non-Delivery
